specific emphasis on: Error Correction Codes, Information Theory, Non-Binary
Turbo Codes, Non-binary LDPC Codes, ARQ Techniques, Multiple Access Techniques
(TDMA, CDMA, OFDMA), Satellite Communications, Synchronization, Wireless
Communications, Data Transmission, Cooperative Communications, Coded
Cooperation.
Supervision:
at present (2014), supervision of 7 research students (4 Ph.D. and 3
M.Sc.). 2 Post-doctorate, 7 Ph.D. and 18 M.Sc. students supervised in the past.
